Description
Bill Stuffer for the Public Works Commission. They wanted a piece to inform customers of a new bill format that had all of their critical billing information on the front of the bill. A point of purchase table-top display was also made for customers waiting in line to pay their bill in person.
Special Considerations
The entire piece was done in only three colors, using a duotone of yellow and black to create the dog's coloring.
